These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Monidose Oy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the MoniDoseQMS platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). MoniDoseQMS is a Quality Management System platform designed for medical device manufacturers. The Service provides tools and modules for managing regulatory compliance, documentation, risk management, and other quality management processes. The Service is intended for use by organizations in the medical device industry and their authorized personnel.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONIDOSE OY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
